- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- In case of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

- Major Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

Shipping Charges

- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
- Free shipping may be offered on selected products, promotions, or minimum order values.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available).

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders within Pakistan.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
